Spa Pool Quick Checks 

When should you call us?

  • Call us if you’ve:

  • Removed and checked filters

  • Confirmed water level

  • Reset power correctly

  • Noted any error codes

  • …and the problem remains.

Jets not working or very weak

Common causes

  • Closed diverter valves

  • Adjustable jets turned off

  • Dirty filters

  • Air lock

What to check

  • Open all diverter valves fully

  • Twist jets clockwise/anti-clockwise to open

  • Remove filters and test

  • Power off for 5 minutes, then restart

  • Turn power off for 5 minutes

  • Check for condensation under the panel

  • Ensure no buttons are stuck

  • Check user Manual for any lock features

Pump running but no water movement

  • Air lock
